- What Information We Collect
Usage Information Automatically Collected. When you visit
the Site, our servers automatically collect certain information
on your usage of the Site, including the type of browser
you are using, the type of system you are using, the domain
name of your internet service provider, your IP address,
and what web pages you visit on the Site ("Usage Data"),
but they do not collect or retain personally identifiable
information about any visitor or subscriber (such as names
or addresses). Such Usage Data provides us with anonymous
information about our visitors and subscribers that describes
how our Site is used and navigated, including the number
and frequency of visitors and subscribers to each web page,
and the length of their stays.
- Uses of Usage Data
We may use such Usage Data in order to diagnose problems
with our server(s) and to administer our Site, and to identify
and take action against users who violate our Terms of Use
available at http://www.teachade.com/termsOfUse.do. From
time to time, we may compile and disclose non-personally
identifiable Usage Data to third parties. For example, AEV
may use such Usage Data to compile aggregated, anonymous
statistical demographic information on users of the Site.
Such aggregated information may be used to identify trends
and determine future development of the Site, and to supply
market research to potential advertisers and partners, among
other things.
Information You Give Us. In order to use many features of
the Site, we ask you to register. During such registration,
we may ask you for certain personally identifiable information
such as your name, e-mail address, mailing address, zip code,

ask that you separately register or provide additional personally
identifiable information to access certain specific products,
services or tools or to participate in or access certain
activities while visiting the Site. Further, if you communicate
with us by e-mail or post Public Content (as defined below),
we may collect and store such information.
AEV uses the information it receives and collects, including
personally identifiable information, for several purposes,
such as for use in its internal business operations and planning,
to understand more about users’ interests, to
communicate with you, and to provide you with a better experience
when visiting the Site by personalizing tools, content, services
and e-mail messages. AEV also uses this information to create
new services that AEV believes may be relevant and valuable
to you. Please be advised that AEV archives information that
it collects from, and that is provided by, users and visitors
to the Site.
- How Personally
Identifiable and Other Information is Disseminated in

The following section describes when your personally identifiable
information may be transferred to and/or used by others.
a. Suppliers and Other Service Providers. We
may use third party vendors to perform functions on our behalf
or to facilitate our services, and may occasionally allow
access to our systems to third parties providing necessary
technical services. These parties will have access to personally
identifiable information needed to perform their functions,
but may not use it for other purposes.
b. Transactions with Affiliated Third
Parties. Occasionally, Affiliated Third Parties, through
TeachAde and under TeachAde’s control, may make available

of the Affiliated Third Party, and any information, including
financial and personally identifiable information, that you

of use of the Affiliated Third Party. It is important that
you familiarize yourself with such policies before disclosing

that you exercise care when deciding whether to reveal sensitive
personal information, as AEV cannot prevent such information
from being used in a manner that violates these rules, the
law, or your personal privacy and safety. In addition, AEV

of the Sites, and/or in promotions. In such cases, AEV may
provide authorship credit by publishing the author’s
member name.

do not wish to participate, simply click the "No, Thank
You" or similar link and you will not see the window
again. AEV will not use, and will not provide or make available
to any Affiliated Third Party, your email address in order
to announce or conduct an online survey or poll. If you elect
to participate, you will be asked for your opinions on various
issues, and occasionally you may be asked to provide demographic
information such as your zip code, age or gender. By choosing
to participate, you agree that any information you provide
as a part of such survey or poll may be shared with Affiliated
Third Parties, including market-research firms or the third
parties with whom we are conducting the survey or poll, and
the information collected will not be subject to the Privacy
Policy, but instead will be used, stored and disclosed in
the manner advised during such survey or poll, the terms
and conditions of which shall supersede the Privacy Policy.
Some survey answers may be added to your member portrait
in order to better provide you with content, ads and offers
that are appropriate for you.

you may be offered the opportunity to participate in a sweepstakes
or contest by AEV or an Affiliated Third Party under the
direction of AEV while accessing the Site. Such opportunities
will appear or be made available to you through a Site. For

of participating in such a sweepstakes or contest. These
activities are entirely voluntary. AEV will not use, and
will not provide or make available to any Affiliated Third
Party, your email address in order to announce or promote
a sweepstakes or contest. In order to participate, you may
be asked to provide your name, e-mail address, and mailing
address, in order to notify you if you’ve won and to
verify your identity. This information will be governed by
the privacy policy linked from the contest rules, and may
be shared with the Affiliated Third Party sponsoring such
sweepstakes or contest. Please be aware that you can elect

then-current Privacy Policy.
